All our tags are made by hand by Nicki and are overseen by our CEO, Ronald the Vizsla! He works her hard, we can tell you!

As each tag is made by hand, there may be colour variances from those pictured. Air bubbles will sometimes appear in the products... these are not faulty products, they can just naturally form when the tags are curing. 

​

Your tags will take approximately 10-14 days to make and will then be posted out first class via Royal Mail.

All tags come with a split ring and you have the choice of adding a lobster clip, charm and/or hand stamped ID tag from the relevant collections in our shop.

ID tags are stamped by hand rather than machine. Care is taken when placing letters and numbers but lines and spaces may vary. 

​

Hand stamped tags are either plain pewter, rose gold plated pewter or gold plated pewter. These will tarnish over time and can be buffed with a cloth to regain shine. Avoid chemicals as this can tarnish / damage the metal. It's also good practice to wipe down your tags after each walk to keep them clean and dry to increase longevity.

Personal details such as address and contact number are not added directly on to any resin tags. If you wish to have this information displayed, you will need to purchase a hand stamped ID tag.

Colour matching to products you own will always be as close to as possible but not exact. Screen calibration, filters etc can alter the true colour and there are also limitations to some colours that can be mixed.
