We ship worldwide!
UK shipping is standard first class, via the Royal Mail. A flat rate of £2, regardless of quantity of tags purchased. Tracked service is also available at an additional cost.
Shipping to the rest of the world is available. If you don't see your country on the list, please message us. Taxes may apply.
Return & Exchange Policy
Personalised / bespoke products are non refundable.
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us on receipt for a solution.
Tag That Bitch will not be held liable to replace lost or damaged tags, lobster clips, s-biner clips, split rings, charms or ID tags once they have been worn. It is not advised to leave your dog unsupervised whilst wearing a tag.
Care is to be taken by owners to keep the tags/ID tags and hardware in a clean, dry condition to increase their longevity and prevent early signs of wear and tear. ID tags are made from pewter and plated metals and will have the ability to tarnish over time, refunds / replacements will not be issued for this reason.
T&Cs
Turn around from order being received to being posted is approximately 14 days (during busy periods, this may be extended up to 21 days). Bespoke orders can take up to 21 days as standard. Unless Tracked shipping is opted for, we are not liable for lost items in the post.
Personalised items can not be exchanged or refunded unless faulty on arrival. This can include, but not limited to, incorrect spelling, incorrect shape, incorrect colour (i.e pink instead of yellow). However, if these are the details you supplied, it will fall back on to your responsibility.
Non fault / no refund decisions can be, but not limited to: variation in colour (all resin colours cure differently each time resulting in various shades of a colour being the outcome), air bubbles (every effort is made to reduce these but they can still occur), personalisation not 100% straight (this is all done by hand, so spacing and levels can differ), breakages due to use / accident, mis-colouring of ID tags (these are pewter and plated metals and will change colour over time, keeping them clean and dry will prolong their original state).
We offer a 30 day warranty on resin tags. Resin is a very hard wearing, forgivable material and is unlikely to snap, crack etc. If a fault like this occurs within 30 days, we will request the product to be sent back to us at the owners expense for inspection. If it is agreed that it is a manufacturing error, a refund or replacement will be offered depending on product availability. If the item is not deemed as faulty we will send the item back to you.
All hardware sold is either pewter, or plated. This, overtime, will discolour through wear and tear. Careful cleaning and maintenance of the items will prolong the lift of the hardware. Products that have become wet should be dried as soon as possible. Chemicals should not be used on the products as this could effect their colours/coatings.
Items shipped outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to customs fees. We take no responsibility for any customs charges applied to your order.
Items are not to be left on an unsupervised pet/child. We are not liable for any injuries caused by ingested or chewed products.
